We received a request for outsourcing the HR administration (not just payroll but recruitment, benefits admin, remuneration advice, the lot...) for BELGIUM -4 employees - from a prestigious UK organisation. That is pretty straightforward for us, especially for Belgium because our Finance Manager lives there, being married to a Belgian. But -unusual for us - there was also a request for outsourcing the HR administration for 400 employees in UK.
We have signed an NDA and are now awaiting the details -is recruitment included ? Is pension plan administration included? Is expenses administration a part of the requirement ? Is payroll administration part of the client’s needs ?
We have spoken to a couple of partners in UK and will either make a proposal or ask the UK partner to do so. First time we have ever had such a large scale approach for UK.
